Langdale NDG 9:45, Thorn Crag, Pike ‘Stickle, Stake Pass, Angle Tarn 1:15, Ore Gap, Bow Fell, Three Tarns 3:00. Band. NDG 4:45. Wind, some heavy rain.

Sunday 7^th 
Rain and strong wind at first, better later. Mike to Ambleside. 3309 Ghyll Foot 11:00, Steel Fell, Rough Crag, Gibson Knott, Helm Crag, slippery descent to Ghyll Foot 2.30. Gareth, Adam, Mike depart.
